1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 There were no apologies.
2 The Further and Higher Education (Governance and Information) (Wales) Bill - Ministerial scrutiny
2.1 Due to changes to the Welsh Government Cabinet, the Minister could not be present for the session. Therefore, a motion was passed under Standing Order 17.42 to go into private session until 10.30 to discuss the Legislative Consent Memorandum regarding the Intellectual Property Bill.
3 Inquiry into Youth Entrepreneurship - Ministerial scrutiny
3.1 The Chair welcomed the Minister and the other witnesses to the meeting. The Minister and the witnesses answered questions from Members.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public for the remainder of the meeting
4.1 The motion was not moved due to changes to the agenda.
